DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Daniel Stewart Securities CEO Buys Shares, Non-Executive Director Transfers Shares Into SIPP

LONDON (Alliance News) - Daniel Stewart Securities PLC Tuesday said that Chief Executive Officer, Peter Shea, bought a further 11,651,000 shares in the company, at a price of 0.23 pence per share.

Peter Shea now holds more than 83.8 million shares in the company, representing a 16.55% stake.

The company also said that Non-Executive Director, Stuart Lucas, transferred 1,062,500 shares at a price of 0.45 pence per share, into his self-invested pension plan.

Stuart Lucas now holds more than 1.46 million shares, representing a 0.29% interest in the company.

Daniel Stewart Securities shares were up 6.7% Tuesday afternoon, trading at 0.400 pence per share.
