LONDON (Alliance News) - Dalata Hotel Group PLC said both its chief executive and his deputy bought shares in the Irish firm on Friday.
Chief Executive Pat McCann bought 20,000 Dalata shares at EUR4.75 each, for EUR95,000. He now has 1.3 million shares, worth 0.7% of the company.
His deputy, Stephen McNally, purchased 10,000 shares at EUR4.75 for EUR47,500. He now has 449,538 shares, 0.2% of the firm.
Dalata also on Friday said Deputy Chief Executive of Business Development & Finance Dermot Crowley bought 5,000 shares at EUR4.72, for a total cost of EUR23,600. He now has 439,454 shares, 0.2% of Dalata.
Dalata shares were flat on Friday afternoon at 422.75 pence each.
