LONDON (Alliance News) - CVS Group PLC said Non-Executive Director Richard Connell acquired 12,500 shares in the company on Wednesday at various different prices.
The veterinary service provider said Connell purchased 10,370 shares himself and his wife purchased an additional 2,130 shares, and he now holds a total holding of 92,891 shares in the company, representing a 0.15% stake.
All of the 2,130 shares purchased by his wife were purchased at a price of 694.125 pence each.
The 10,370 shares purchased by Connell were in various tranches at different prices. The average price of the shares purchased was 693.4692 pence.
Specifically, 5,700 shares were purchased for 694.125 pence each, 1,500 shares at 694.0 pence, 500 shares at 693.999 pence, 803 shares at 693.70 pence, 867 shares at 691.0 pence and 1,000 shares were purchased for 690.625 pence each.
CVS Group shares closed down 4.7% to 686.01 pence per share on Wednesday.
