LONDON (Alliance News) - Curtis Banks Group PLC on Wednesday said Director Steve Hart bought shares in the lender.
Curtis said Hart bought 1,051 shares at 195.00 pence per share. His total holding after the transaction was not disclosed. The transaction took place Wednesday.
Shares in Curtis Banks closed down 6.2% to 190.67p on Wednesday.
