DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Croda International Unit Boss Heybroek Sells Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - FTSE 100-listed chemicals firm Croda International PLC said unit head Maarten Heybroek sold shares worth GBP69,768 in a transaction on Monday.

Heybroek - President of Performance Technologies & Industrial Chemicals at Croda - sold 1,502 shares at 4,645 pence each. Shares in Croda were 0.1% lower at 4,629.00 pence on Monday.

The holding of Heijbroek after the transaction was not disclosed.
