LONDON (Alliance News) - Croda International PLC said President of Corporate Development Anthony Fitzpatrick and Louise Fitzpatrick, a person closely associated with him, sold a combined GBP279,676 worth of shares in the company Monday.
Anthony Fitzpatrick - a member of Croda's executive committee - sold 450 shares at 5,098 pence for a total of GBP22,941. Louise Fitzpatrick sold 5,036 shares at 5,036p for a total of GBP256,735.
The Fitzpatrick's resulting holding, if any, was not reported. In March, Anthony and Louise Fitzpatrick bought 450 shares for a total of GBP22,096 each.
Shares in Croda International closed down 0.2% Monday at 5,096.00p each.
In the past month, Croda Non-Executive Director Stuart Arnott and his spouse Yootha Jane Arnott have collectively sold GBP90,340 in shares and Performance Technologies & Industrial Chemicals President Maarten Heijbroek sold GBP97,619 shares having previously sold GBP122,000 in March and a further GBP45,530 the day earlier.
