LONDON (Alliance News) - Croda International PLC said Thursday the president of one of its units, Maarten Heijbroek, has sold 1,991 shares in the company at 4,903 pence each.
Shares in Croda International were up 1.9% Thursday afternoon at 4,992.00p each.
Heijbroek's holding in the FTSE 100-listed firm following the GBP97,619 sale Wednesday was not reported.
Heijbroek is a member of Croda's executive committee, being president of Performance Technologies & Industrial Chemicals.
Earlier in March, Heijbroek sold 2,518 shares at a price of 4,843.90p for GBP122,000 and a further GBP45,530 in shares the day previously.
