DIRECTOR DEALINGS: CRH Non-Executive Richard Boucher Buys Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - CRH PLC said on Thursday Non-Executive Director Richard Boucher bought 1,790 shares at a price of EUR27.5785 each on Tuesday.

The transaction had an approximate total value of EUR49,366. Boucher's total holding following the purchase was not disclosed.

Boucher was appointed as a non-executive of the Irish building materials firm earlier in March, having prior to the role at CRH been chief executive of Bank of Ireland Group PLC between February 2009 and October 2017.

Shares in CRH closed up 0.8% at 2,485.163 pence on Thursday.
