LONDON (Alliance News) - Building materials company CRH PLC Friday said that the following executive directors and managers within the company all acquired shares from a scrip dividend at a price of EUR15.79 per share.
Group Finance Director Maeve Carton acquired 541 shares and now holds 58,100 shares in the company.
Chairman Nicholas Hartery acquired 13 shares in a scrip dividend at a price of EUR15.79 per share. Now holds 1,430 shares in total.
Group Chief Executive Officer Myles Lee acquired 3,924 shares and now holds 433,447 shares in total.
Jan Maarten de Jong acquired 184 shares, and now holds a total of 15,868 shares in the company.
John Kennedy acquired 13 shares, and now holds 1,049 shares.
Heather Ann McSharry acquired 38 shares, and now has a total holding of 3,987 shares.
Albert Manifold acquired 363 shares. He now hold 38,981 shares in the company.
Daniel O'Connor acquired 158 shares and now has a holding of 16,915 shares.
Mark Towe acquired 667 shares. Towe now holds 75,133 shares.
Neil Colgan acquired 14 shares and has a total holding of 10,836 shares now.
Jack Golden acquired 506 shares.
Henry Morris acquired 123 shares.
CRH shares were down 0.1% Friday afternoon at 1,514.00 pence per share.
