LONDON (Alliance News) - CRH PLC Thursday said Executive Director Mark Towe sold 33,116 shares for EUR30.37 each on Wednesday and exercised options over 36,043 shares paying EUR21.5235 per share.
The sale of the shares totalled EUR1.0 million whilst the options amounted to EUR775,772 and the net increase in his holding is 2,927 shares. Towe's holding following the transaction was not published by the company.
CRH shares closed down 1.0% to 2,537.73 pence per share on Thursday.
