LONDON (Alliance News) - Creston PLC Monday said Chief Executive Barrie Brien was allotted 32,542 shares following the vesting of Long Term Incentive Plan awards, 16,846 shares were then withheld for tax purposes.
Following this transaction, Brien is therefore beneficially interested in 305,585 shares, representing 0.51% of the issued share capital.
Shares in the advertising company were up 0.1% at 104.40 pence Monday.
