LONDON (Alliance News) - Housebuilder Crest Nicholson Holdings PLC said on Wednesday Jonathan Lee, a person "closely associated" with Non-Executive Director Sharon Flood, had bought shares in the company through a self-invested pension plan.
Lee bought 5,886 shares at 339.80 pence per share.
Crest Nicholson shares were up 1.4% to 342.30p.
