LONDON (Alliance News) - Crest Nicholson Holdings PLC said on Friday Executive Chairman Stephen Stone sold 250,000 shares at a price of 482.875 pence per share on Wednesday.
It has not been disclosed how many shares Stone now holds in total after the transaction, worth GBP1.2 million.
Shares in the FTSE 250-listed housebuilder were down 0.5% at 503.77 pence on Friday.
