LONDON (Alliance News) - Cranswick PLC Tuesday said a person connected to Chief Executive Adam Couch, and separately Finance Director Mark Bottomley, recently acquired shares in the company through its scrip dividend scheme.
A connected person to the Adam Couch, Geraldine Couch, acquired 641 shares at 1,151 pence each, resulting in a beneficial holding of 74,305 shares, or 0.152% of the company.
Finance Director Mark Bottomley acquired 32 shares at 1,151 pence each, also on January 24. His holding now stands at 20,977 shares, or 0.0429% of the company.
Sales & Marketing Director James Robert Brisby and connected person Christie Brisby acquired 221 shares at 1,151 pence each, resulting in a total beneficial holding of 45,093 shares, or 0.0922%.
All transactions were made on January 24 through the scrip dividend scheme.
Cranswick shares Tuesday closed at 1,300.00 pence, down 15.00 pence, or 1.1%.
