LONDON (Alliance News) - FTSE 250-listed pork, chicken and pastry producer Cranswick PLC said Linda Davey, spouse of Director Martin Davey, sold 15,000 shares at a price of 3,340 pence per share on Thursday.
It has not been disclosed how many shares Martin Davey and his associated persons now hold in the company following the GBP501,000 deal.
Shares in Cranswick were trading down 1.5% at 3,240.00 pence each on Tuesday.
