LONDON (Alliance News) - Craneware PLC Friday said that Matrix Alpha Analytics, a company in which non-executive Director Neil Heywood has an interest sold 9,000 Thursday at 541.5 pence each.
Following this transaction, Heywood now holds 96,356 shares, which represents approximately 0.36% of the company's issued share capital.
Shares in the medical software company were up 0.5% at 535.00 pence Friday midday.
