LONDON (Alliance News) - Craneware PLC said Friday that Chief Executive Keith Neilson had bought 4,571 shares at 540 pence each Thursday.
Following this transaction Neilson has a 12.9% interest in the software company.
Shares in Craneware were trading up 0.4% at 542.40 pence Friday afternoon.
