(Alliance News) - Countryside Properties PLC on Wednesday said that senior executive Nicholas Worrall sold GBP322,280 worth of shares on Tuesday.
Worrall, who serves as human resources director of the housebuilder, sold 70,000 shares at 460 pence each. His total shareholding, if any, following the sale was not disclosed.
Shares in the company closed at 468.00p each on Wednesday in London, up 1.3%.
