LONDON (Alliance News) - Coro Energy PLC said that both Chief Executive Officer James Menzies and Chair James Parsons bought shares in the firm on Monday.
Menzies acquired 1.1 million shares at 2.50 pence each for GBP28,445. He now holds 2.9 million shares in the gas explorer, or a 0.4% stake.
Parsons bought 1.1 million shares, in two transactions, for an average price of 2.63p each, totalling for GBP30,115. After the deal, he owns 1.7 million shares, or 0.24% of the company.
Coro Energy shares were trading down 11% at 2.3575p each on Monday.
Earlier on Monday, the company said it will buy a 15% stake in an Indonesian offshore gas field for USD4.8 million.
