LONDON (Alliance News) - Conviviality PLC said Chairman David Adams bought 10,000 shares at a price of 269.75 pence per share Friday.
Following this transaction, David Adams is interested in 58,163 shares.
Conviviality on Monday said it swung to a profit in the first half of its financial year, as revenue grew in each of its divisions and it said it is trading in line with full-year expectations.
Shares in the alcohol distributor and wholesaler were up 1.8% at 268.25p Friday.
