DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Conduit Holdings directors buy GBP550,000 in shares

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of share dealings by London-listed company directors and managers announced on Wednesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Conduit Holdings Ltd - Bermuda-based reinsurance - Executive Chair Neil Eckert and associate Nicola Eckert buy 67,111 shares at GBP4.56, worth GBP305,919, on Thursday last week. Neil Eckert now interested in 618,645 shares. Non-Executive Director Kenneth Randall buys 55,000 shares at GBP4.52, worth GBP248,600, on Monday. The purchase is his only holding.

WANdisco PLC - Sheffield-based data-management software - Chair & Chief Executive Officer David Richards on Friday transfers 350,000 shares out of his total holding of 2.2 million shares to Equities First Holdings as security for a three-year loan.

Keras Resources PLC - mine development in Togo, West Africa and US state of Utah - Three directors - Non-Executive Chair Brian Moritz, CEO Russell Lamming, and Non-Executive Director David Reeves - buy a total of 53.0 million shares at 0.06p each, worth GBP30,000, on Monday. Chief Operating Officer Graham Stacey is issued 12.5 million shares in lieu of salary. As a result, the board's shareholding rises to 23.8%. Additionally, says Stacey has been added to the board as an executive director, having joined Keras in April 2019.
