LONDON (Alliance News) - Condor Gold PLC Thursday said Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Mark Child exercised 450,000 options at a price of 20 pence per share.
The gold exploration company, with operations in Nicaragua, said that following the deal, Child now holds 3.9 million shares or 10.14% of the company's issued share capital.
Condor Gold said it has received funds of GBP90,000 from the exercise and has issued the shares, increasing its total issued share capital to 38.3 million shares. The new shares are expected to start trading on November 27.
Condor Gold shares were up 3.9% to 84.10 pence Thursday.
