LONDON (Alliance News) - Computacenter PLC said its non-executive director Philip Hulme transferred 600,000 shares in the company to the Hadley trust, a charitable organisation, on November 1 for a nil consideration.
The company said that following the transaction, which represented roughly 0.4% of its share capital, Hulme now holds 13,846,593 shares, or 9.99% of the company's issued share capital.
Computacenter shares were down 2.4% to 578 pence after trading Monday.
