DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Computacenter Non-Executive Chairman Buys Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Computacenter PLC said on Wednesday that its Non-Executive Chairman Gregory Lock bought shares in the IT infrastructure services company in the transaction on Tuesday.

Lock purchased 23,630 shares at a price of 1,042.20 pence per share, worth GBP246,272.

Competacenter shares were closed up 2.9% at 1,066.00p each on Wednesday.

The company did not provide Lock's holding, if any, prior the transaction.
