LONDON (Alliance News) - Coca-Cola HBC AG said Monday that Emmanouil Fafalios sold 4,441 shares on Thursday after exercising options over 2,666 shares.
Fafalios sold the 2,666 option shares at 1,856 pence per share and an additional 1,775 shares at 1,849 pence. Fafalios is shared-services director of the bottler, which operates across Europe. Following the sale, he continues to hold 4,411 shares, about 0.001% of the company.
Coca-Cola HBC shares were quoted Monday morning at 1,877.00p, up 3.00p.
