LONDON (Alliance News) - Coca-Cola HBC AG Thursday said that Business Solutions & Systems Director Nigel Davis exercised options and sold 7,500 shares on September 8.
The company said the options were exercised at GBP8.59 per share, and were sold at GBP14.08 each.
Shares in the company were trading 1.5% lower Thursday afternoon a 1,380.00 per share.
