LONDON (Alliance News) - Cobham PLC on Thursday said Paul Armstrong, senior vice president & general manager at Cobham Aviation Services UK, sold 34,457 shares at 116.84 pence.
It has not been disclosed how many shares Armstrong now holds following the GBP40,260 deal, which took place on Tuesday.
On Thursday last week, the aerospace and defence firm posted a pretax profit for 2018 of GBP71.0 million, up 1.9% from GBP69.7 million a year before, despite revenue dropping 11% to GBP1.86 billion from GBP2.09 billion.
The company also announced its intention to bring back its dividend, returning 1 pence per share in 2019.
Shares in Cobham were up 0.4% at 116.00 pence on Thursday afternoon.
