LONDON (Alliance News) - Investment firm CLS Holdings PLC said Head of Group Property Simon Wigzell sold 8,370 shares at a price of 249.17 pence per share on Friday for GBP20,856.
His wife, Emma Wigzell, sold 8,370 shares at 249.56p each for GBP20,888 that same day.
Following these transactions, Simon Wigzell is interested in 130,000 shares in CLS, reflecting a 0.03% stake in the company.
Shares in CLS were up 2.9% at 252.00p on Friday afternoon.
On Monday last week, CLS said it had sold its 58% stake in First Camp Sverige Holding AB for GBP28.7 million, in line with the company's strategy to focus on its core office properties business.
The company sold its stake in First Camp to Nordic Camping & Resort Bidco AB, indirectly majority-owned by a fund advised by Norvestor Equity AS. The deal consideration will be satisfied by GBP21.0 million cash and a GBP7.7 million vendor loan.
