LONDON (Alliance News) - Property management company CLS Holdings PLC said Monday that executive chairman Sten Mortstedt's family and charity trust had bought 1,853 shares at 1,169 pence each.
The purchase Friday is the latest in a number of CLS share acquisitions by the trust in recent weeks.
Following the transaction, Mortstedt had an interest in 22.7 million shares, or 53.1% of the company.
Shares in the company were trading up 0.7% Monday, at 1,167.00 pence.
