LONDON (Alliance News) - Cloudbuy PLC Tuesday said Chief Executive Officer Lyn Duncan bought 10,000 shares at a price of 24.75 pence per share.
The holdings of Lyn Duncan, Executive Chairman Ronald Duncan and associated family members are 21.1 million shares, which represents 17.39% of the current issued share capital.
Shares in the cloud eCommerce marketplace were down 5.6% at 24.55p Tuesday.
