DIRECTOR DEALINGS: City Of London CEO Sells 50,000 Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Asset manager City of London Group PLC said on Friday the Chief Executive Officer Barry Olliff sold 50,000 ordinary shares at GBP4.50 each, equivalent to GBP225,000.

Following the sale, Olliff's beneficial interest is 2.0 million ordinary shares, representing approximately 7.5% of the company's issued share capital.

Shares in City of London Group were up 2.3% at 445.00 pence per share on Friday.
