(Alliance News) - Closed-ended investment company CIP Merchant Capital Trust Ltd on Tuesday said Non-Executive Chair Adrian Collins purchased GBP32,500 worth of shares in the company.
In a transaction on Tuesday, Collins purchased 50,000 shares at a price of 0.65 pence each.
Prior to the purchase, he held no stake in the company.
Shares in CIP closed 2.4% higher at 65.00 pence each in London on Tuesday.
