LONDON (Alliance News) - Cineworld Group PLC said on Monday Non-Executive Director Alicja Kornasiewicz bought a total of 75,000 shares in the company in two separate transactions.
In a transaction last Thursday Kornasiewicz purchased 50,000 shares at a price of GBP2.49 pence per share, worth GBP124,500, while last Friday she bought 25,000 shares at GBP2.48 per share, totalling GBP62,000.
Cineworld shares were down 2.6% at 241.00p each on Monday.
The company did not provide Kornasiewicz's holding prior to or after the transactions.
