LONDON (Alliance News) - Cineworld Group PLC Thursday said Chief Executive Moshe Greidinger and Chief Operating Officer Israel Greidinger together acquired at total of 1.6 million shares at a price of 340 pence each last Friday in a deal worth GBP5.4 million gross.
The Greidinger brothers had previously acquired 800,000 shares in April, and now hold 68 million shares in the multiplex chain, about 26% of the total.
Shares were trading at 347.00p, up 0.3% Friday morning.
