LONDON (Alliance News) - Chime Communications PLC Thursday said Chief Executive Christopher Satterthwaite bought 16,667 shares, taking his holding to 430,209 shares, representing 0.45% of the total issued share capital of the company.
Non-executive Chairman Mervyn Davies purchased 16,667 shares, meaning he now has a beneficial interest in 35,685 Shares representing 0.04% of the total issued share capital of the company.
Chief Operating Officer and Finance Director Mark Smith purchased 8,333 shares for his Alliance Trust self-invested personal pension. Smith now holds a beneficial interest in a total of 362,137 shares, representing 0.38% of the total issued share capital of the company.
All of the shares were bought at 300 pence each, as part of the company's placing of shares on October 25.
Chime Communications shares were Thursday quoted at 315 pence, down 0.3%.
