(Alliance News) - Checkit PLC said Wednesday that Executive Chair Keith Daley bought 750,000 shares at 30 pence per share, while also exercising options over 541,500 shares at 29.5p.
The work management software firm formerly known as Elektron Technology PLC said Daley now holds 8.5 million shares, 13.75% of the total.
Checkit shares were up 6.7% late Thursday in London at 32.00p.
