(Alliance News) - Character Group PLC on Monday said Non-Executive Chair Richard King purchased GBP551,255 worth of shares.
The toy maker also said that TOPS Pension Scheme - a scheme which King has an interest in - sold GBP551,237 worth of shares.
King purchased 176,120 shares at 313.00 pence each on Monday in London.
TOPS Pension scheme sold 176,120 shares at 312.99p each, also on Monday.
Shares in London-headquartered Character closed 3.6% lower at 310.50p each on Monday in London.
Following the transactions, King has a total shareholding of 33,286 share, representing around 1.6% of Character's issued share capital.
