LONDON (Alliance News) - The Character Group PLC Friday said Chairman Richard King exercised options over 362,999 shares, 203,000 at an exercise price of 63 pence per share and 159,999 at an exercise price of 35.5 pence per share.
He subsequently sold all these shares at a price of 213 per share.
Meanwhile, Group Finance Director Kiran Shah also exercised options over 362,999 shares; 203,000 at an exercise price of 63 pence per share and 159,999 at an exercise price of 35.5 pence per share.
He subsequently sold 240,999 shares at a price of 213 pence per share.
Group Marketing Director Jonathan Diver exercised options over 483,000 shares; 183,000 at an exercise price of 63 pence per share and 300,000 at an exercise price of 35.5 pence per share.
He subsequently sold 303,000 shares at a price of 213 pence per share.
Joseph Kissane, managing director of Character Options Ltd, exercised options over 483,000 shares; 183,000 at an exercise price of 63 pence per share and 300,000 at an exercise price of 35.5 pence per share.
He subsequently sold 483,000 shares at a price of 213p per share.
Character Group shares were untraded Friday morning.
