(Alliance News) - Chapel Down Group PLC said on Monday that Chief Financial Officer Robert Smith bought 500,000 shares in the wine company, spending GBP212,000.
Smith purchased the shares at 42.5 pence each in a single transaction on Friday, raising his total holding to 648,035 shares. This is approximately 0.41% of the company's issue share capital.
Chapel Down was trading unchanged in London on Monday afternoon at 0.47 pence.
