(Alliance News) - Chaarat Gold Holdings Ltd on Friday said Labro Investments Ltd, an entity closely associated with the Chair Martin Andersson, acquired shares in the AIM-quoted mining company.
In a series of transactions on Tuesday and Wednesday, Labro purchased a total of 699,900 shares at an average price of 36.48 pence each, worth GBP255,464.
Last week, Monday, Labro purchased 555,150 shares at an average price of 34.61p each, worth GBP192,123, while on Tuesday, Labro bought 540,000 shares in three transactions at an average price of 35.83p each, worth GBP193,480.
Also, in a series of transactions on Wednesday and Thursday last week, Labro purchased 382,541 shares at an average price of 36.25p, worth GBP138,040.
Following all of these purchases Labro held 144.7 million shares, representing a 33% stake.
Chaarat shares were trading 1.4% higher on Friday in London at 36.00p each.
