(Alliance News) - Chaarat Gold Holdings Ltd on Monday said Labro Investments Ltd - an entity closely associated with Chair Martin Andersson - acquired shares in the mining company following a series of transactions last week.
Labro bought 135,000 shares on Tuesday last week at an average price of 29.00 pence each, worth GBP39,150.
Meanwhile, on Wednesday last week, it acquired an aggregate of 50,000 shares at 31.43p each, totalling GBP15,713.
Following these purchases, Labro holds 164.6 million shares, representing over a 35% holding in Chaarat.
The stock closed flat in London on Tuesday at 35.20p a share.
