LONDON (Alliance News) - Chaarat Gold Holdings Ltd on Tuesday said that Labro Investments Ltd, a firm associated with Chair Martin Andersson, bought over 600,000 shares in the mining company.
On Thursday, Labro acquired a total of 341,308 shares in six transactions at an average price of 31.74 pence, worth GBP108,351.
The following day, Labro bought a further 354,944 shares in six deals at the same average price for a total of GBP112,670.
Following these deals, as at Monday, Labro held 139.8 million shares in the mining firm representing a 34.8% stake.
Chaarat Gold shares were trading down 4.1% at 30.68p on Tuesday.
