LONDON (Alliance News) - Chaarat Gold Holdings Ltd said Chief Executive Artem Volynets purchased 72,000 shares at an aggregate price of 28.07 pence per share on Thursday last week.
This GBP20,210 transaction represents the entire stake of Volynets in the company, representing less than 0.1% of total outstanding shares.
Shares in Chaarat were up 3.5% at 27.84 pence on Tuesday.
Back in October, Chaarat announced it entered a binding sale and purchase agreement to acquire the Kapan mine in Armenia for USD55 million from Polymetal International PLC.
