LONDON (Alliance News) - Chaarat Gold Holdings Ltd on Monday said Chief Executive Artem Volynets purchased 300,000 shares in the gold miner at a price of 24.80 pence per share on Friday.
Following the GBP74,420 deal, Volynets holds 372,000 shares in Chaarat, equivalent to a 0.1% stake.
Chaarat's shares were restored to trading on Monday last week after it completed its takeover of Kapan Mining & Processing Co CJSC for USD55 million. Chaarat agreed to buy the polymetallic mine from Polymetal International PLC in October.
Shares in Chaarat were down 2.7% at 25.00 pence on Monday.
