(Alliance News) - Chaarat Gold Holdings Ltd on Thursday said Labro Investments Ltd, an entity closely associated with Chair Martin Andersson acquired shares in the AIM-quoted mining company.
In a series of transactions on Monday, Labro purchased 555,150 shares at an average price of 34.61 pence each, worth GBP192,123. On Tuesday, Labro bought 540,000 shares in three transactions at an average price of 35.83p each, worth GBP193,480.
Following these purchases Labro held 143.6 million shares, representing 33% stake.
Chaarat shares closed 1.2% higher in London on Thursday at 36.42p each.
