LONDON (Alliance News) - Miner Central Asia Metals PLC Thursday said Chairman Nigel Hurst-Brown disposed of his interest in 250,543 shares jointly owned with the company's Employee Benefit Trust at a price of 175 pence per share Wednesday.
Following this transaction, Hurst-Brown has an interest in a total of 694,065 shares, representing approximately 0.62% of the issued share capital.
The stock was trading up 0.2% at 176.82p Thursday.
