LONDON (Alliance News) - Centaur Media PLC Tuesday said three of its managers purchased shares and received matching shares on Monday.
Each manager purchased 239 partnership shares and received 120 matching shares at 0.52 pence apiece.
Following the transactions, Managing Director Andrew Evans, who received only 119 matching shares, now has a total shareholding of 105,949 shares.
Claire Baty, the company secretary, holds a total of 42,009 shares. Human Resources Director Kathleen Jones holds 3,995 shares.
Centaur Media is a UK-based business information and media group.
Shares in Centaur Media were flat at 52.00 pence Tuesday midday.
