LONDON (Alliance News) - Centaur Media PLC Wednesday said Managing Director Andrew Evans and HR Director Kathleen Jones both bought 227 partnership shares and were allotted 114 matching shares at a price of GBP0.55000 each Tuesday.
Company Secretary Claire Baty bought 227 shares and was allotted 113 matching shares at the same price.
Following the transactions, Evans holds 106,290 shares, which represents 0.07438% of the issued share capital, Baty holds 42,349 shares representing 0.02964% and Jones holds 4,335 shares.
Shares in the marketing and information solutions company were untraded at 54.50 pence Wednesday morning.
