LONDON (Alliance News) - The Local Shopping REIT PLC Tuesday said Castlemore Securities FURBS Scheme, a company connected to non-executive Chairman Grahame Whateley, bought 2.4 million shares at a price of 26 pence per share Monday.
Following this transaction, Whateley has an interest in 7.7 million shares.
Shares in the investment trust were trading down 2.7% at 26.75p Tuesday.
