LONDON (Alliance News) - Carpetright PLC Thursday said 729 shares where purchased under its Share Ownership Plan, including 21 shares each for Chairman Lord Harris, Finance Director Neil Page, and Development Director Martin Harris, at GBP5.93 per share.
Following this transaction, Lord Harris now holds 10.4 million shares, Page 10,232 shares and Martin Harris 11.4 million shares.
The stock closed at 594.26 pence Thursday, up 2.26 pence or 0.4%.
